Saturn Point-V is a water tower at Proto-Town built in the form of a full-scale rocket replica, with its name referring to NASA's Saturn V launch vehicle. The tower is used by Base Power for emergency fire control.

The Saturn Point-V was dedicated on July 4, 2026, during Proto-Town's America250 celebration. Retired NASA astronaut Charles "Charlie" Duke, the Apollo 16 Lunar Module pilot and one of twelve people to have walked on the Moon, led the dedication.
